Repair tape 69 is a transparent white, very thin self-adhesive repair tape made of polyolefin film, which is used, for example, to repair torn or detached pages.
The film’s transparent white surface does not cover the text on the book pages and does not reflect light from the reading light. This way, the book’s readability is not affected by the repair.
The backing material is siliconized logo-printed release paper and printing inks used in the release paper are water-based and silicone is solvent-free. The adhesive is a water-based, acrylic permanent adhesive. It does not contain heavy metals.
Release paper can be disposed of as energy waste or incinerated waste, i.e. mixed waste.
