Book covering film 230 is a matt film made from 90µm polypropylene film (PP) with a non-reflective surface.
The backing material for book covering films is siliconized release paper with a printed logo. The printing inks used in the release paper are water-based and silicone is solvent-free.
The adhesive is a water-based acrylic adhesive. It does not contain heavy metals. The adhesive has a small delay in initial adhesion, which allows minor corrections to be made during covering.
Release paper can be disposed of as energy waste or incinerated waste, i.e. mixed waste.
PP film is recyclable.
